Service Agreement

1. Introduction & Scope

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which DOLLARMAN WORLD TRAVEL CONSULTANCY AND REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LTD ("Dollarman", "we", "us", or "our") renders professional travel management, visa registration advisory, airline ticketing, study abroad placement assistance, and real estate brokerage / property management services to clients ("Client", "you"). By engaging our services, making a payment, or submitting a registration form, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Travel & Visa Advisory Disclaimer

Dollarman acts as a professional advisory and intermediary agency. We assist clients with flight selection, documentation collation, embassy appointment scheduling, and interview preparation.

3. Real Estate Due Diligence & Property Terms

All real estate listings, titled plots, and residential homes represented by Dollarman are subject to physical verification and official Lands Commission cadastral survey searches.

• Inspection: Prospective buyers are entitled to in-person or live video site inspections prior to executing earnest money agreements.
• Escrow & Conveyance: Property deposits and purchase sums must be routed through designated official bank channels or registered legal escrows.
• Title Documentation: Upon completion of purchase schedules, official deeds of conveyance, indentures, and site plans are formally executed.

4. Fees, Payments & Refund Policies

All service fees quoted by Dollarman are transparent and itemized:

• Consultation & Advisory Fees: Non-refundable once service delivery (document analysis, file review, interview coaching, or Lands search) has commenced.
• Third-Party Costs: Official embassy visa fees, airline ticket penalties, statutory Lands Commission search charges, and university application fees are non-refundable once disbursed to the respective third parties.
• Flight Refunds: Any ticket cancellation refunds are governed strictly by the issuing airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide authentic, accurate, and unadulterated personal, financial, and educational information. Dollarman reserves the right to terminate service without refund if fraudulent or forged documents are presented.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising hereunder shall first be submitted to mutual amicable mediation at our Accra head office before any formal legal arbitration.
